Air Age Media has announced that Carl Hyndman has joined the editorial team of RC Car
Action. Carl comes to Air Age Media with extensive experience in the creative field with a focus
on writing, photography, marketing, promotions and art direction in the action-sports arena and
hobby publishing industry. His prior employers include Plan B Skateboards, DC Shoes, HPI
Racing, and Type A Snowboards. In addition to his proven skills, Carl’s southern California
location and connections will be an asset to RC Car Action’s editorial strategy.
In his position as Editor, Carl’s creativity and hobby experience will fuel exciting content both
online and in print. “I’ve always been passionate about the hobby. From racing to backyard
bashing, I love it all,” said Carl. “I’m ready to share that passion with RC Car Action’s audience
through my writing as well as a camera lens, and I hope they love it as much as I do.” Air Age
Media CEO and Publisher, Louis DeFrancesco, expressed his eager anticipation of Carl’s
contributions. “Carl is more than just an accomplished RC enthusiast. He has a wide creative
range as an author, photographer, and graphic artist, and is embedded in southern California’s
